In the New Year India has logged a record of the birth of 60 thousand babies, which is a new record in itself. However, in comparison with the year 2020 it is less.
Anyway, India has gone ahead of China as far baby birth.
According to a UNICEF report, India remains on the lead while China trails with 35, 615 babies born in January 1.
The report further said that, in the entire world, a total of 3, 71, 504 babies were born on January 1.2022.
