Escalating Tensions Amid Ukraine-Russia: From Car Blast In Eastern Ukraine To Gas Pipeline Fire Signaling Towards War
New Delhi, Feb 19: Tension between Russia and Ukraine (Ukraine-Russia Tension) is escalating. The tensions have heightened Western fears of a Russian offensive in eastern Ukraine and a new war in Europe. In fact, a car bomb exploded in the pro-Russian separatist capital Donetsk on Friday, but no one was injured in this bombing. The city is occupied by Russian-backed separatists. In such a situation, it is also believed that this attack may be part of the ‘False Flag Campaign’ from Russia.
The vehicle in which the blast took place is said to be that of the regional security chief Denis Sinenkov. In addition, a section of a gas pipeline in eastern Ukraine has caught fire. Due to this the residents of the area are in panic. Now not much information has been revealed about this attack. But America is constantly claiming that Russia can attack Ukraine under the false flag campaign. The meaning of a false flag campaign is that a country attacks its own territory and then accuses another country of it. Then on the basis of that attack, retaliation should be taken.
At the same time, the exodus of children and women from both the separatist-held areas has also been started. Everyone is being sent away saying that Ukraine can launch a major attack soon. But Ukraine has vehemently rejected these claims. On his behalf, Russia has been accused on the contrary. For now the situation remains tense and the US President has made it clear that Russia can attack Ukraine at any moment.
All countries, including the US, are keeping a close watch on the gathering of Russian troops near the border with Ukraine. Meanwhile, Western countries warned that sparks from the disturbed eastern side could flare up across the country. The US has said that this confrontation can give Russia an excuse to cross the border. Ukraine’s military commander said three people were injured and half of the village’s electricity supply was cut off in shelling in the eastern Stenitsy village of Lushanka. The blasts continued for twenty minutes.
