5.7-Magnitude Quake Hits Afghanistan

Kabul, Feb 5: An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.7 jolted 45 km southwest of Ashkāsham, Afghanistan on Saturday, the US Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 209.05 km, was initially determined to be at 36.445 degrees north latitude and 71.1166 degrees east longitude.
