Aurangabad, March 19 : Three labourers were killed and another one was injured when their pickup van collided with a truck loaded with sugarcane near Nandur Madmeswar canal on Gangapur-Vaijapur road about 50 km from here last night, police said on Saturday. Reports reaching here stated that, the accident occurred around 2200 hours when a pickup van going towards Gangapur collided with the sugarcane loaded truck coming from opposite direction. The collision damaged the pick up van badly killing its three occupants on the spot while another was seriously injuired, report said. The deceased were identified as Rohit Survase(28), Akshay Khirsagar (20) and Ganesh Shirsat (30). All were taken to Sub District Hospital at Gangapur where they were declared brought death. While the injuired Shivsankar Sangvi was admitted to the hospital, police added.
