COVID-19: Took 19 Lives More In Odisha; Toll Surges To 8,594
Bhubaneswar, Jan 30: Another 19 persons infected with COVID-19 died due to the virus in Odisha, informed State Government today.
The fatalities were reported from 11 districts including red zone Khordha that registered the highest 5 deaths.
Details of cases confirmed as death due to Covid-19, after due completion of death audit process:
1.A 66 years old Male of Angul District who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Coronary Artery Disease, Chronic Kidney Disease.

2.A 37 years old Male of Angul District who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension.
3.A 3 days old Male child of Bhadrak District who was also suffering from Congenital Heart Disease.

Other districts included Angul-2, Bhadrak-1, Cuttack-1, Dhenkanal-1, Ganjam-3, Jajpur-1, Keonjhar-1, Mayurbhanj-1, Nabarangpur-2 and Puri-1.
With fresh deaths, the total number of fatalities due to the virus increased to 8,594 in Odisha so far.
Meanwhile, daily COVID-19 cases started declining in Odisha with 4,843 fresh infections in last 24 hours.
