Indian Sports Fraternity Pays Tribute To Lata Mangeshkar
New Delhi, Feb 6: Master blaster Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli, Rani Rampal and various other sporting heroes expressed their condolences on the demise of legendary singer Bharat Ratna Lata Mangeshkar.
The 92 year-old legendary singer passed away on Sunday after battling with Covid-19 and its complication for 28 days at Breach Candy hospital in Mumbai.
Taking to Twitter, Sachin said: “I consider myself fortunate to have been a part of Lata Didi’s life. She always showered me with her love and blessings. With her passing away, a part of me feels lost too. She’ll always continue to live in our hearts through her music.” Virat
Kohli said: Deeply saddened to hear about the demise of Lata ji. Her melodious songs touched millions of people around the world. Thank you for all the music and the memories. My deepest condolences to the family & the loved ones.
