New Delhi, April 6: BJP President JP Nadda on Wednesday hoisted the party flag and paid tribute to ideologues Shyama Prasad Mookerji and Deen Dayal Upadhyay on the 42nd foundation day of the party.
Nadda hoisted the flag at the party headquarter flanked by party leaders and workers, and he also inaugurated a blood donation camp. The BJP President will participate in a ‘shobha yatra’ in Delhi’s Rajendra Nagar, a seat which will go for by polls soon as sitting MLA Raghav Chadha has been nominated to Rajya Sabha.
The BJP President will also hold a series of meetings in the evening with envoys of at least 13 countries in the evening as a part of a ‘Know BJP’ initiative started by the party. Envoys of France, EU Delegation, Portugal, Switzerland, Poland, Romania, Bangladesh, Singapore, Slovakia, Italy, Hungary, Vietnam, and Norway have so far confirmed their attendance. UNI
