Masaba Celebrates Dad Viv Richards B’day In Antigua
St. Johns, May 11: Fashion designer Masaba Gupta celebrated her dad and West India cricket legend Vivian Richards ‘ 70th birthday.
Former West Indies captain, who is considered to be one of the greatest batsmen ever, turned 70 on March 7. A charity Golf tournament was also held for Windies legends birthday.
Sharing the information on her Instagram on Wednesday, Masaba posted a picture of herself with her dad from Golf course with a caption:
Earlier, Masaba penned a heart-felt post for Viv Richards on her Instagram.
She has posted a picture of her childhood and wrote: “I’d like to think I’ve picked up some of most powerful qualities from my parents.
“My father is Unrelenting, focused, has lived his life in the pursuit of greatness, defied the odds, turned around his fate and spent his whole life to become a mental and physical force to reckon with. All you got is yourself ‘ – I cannot explain how true this last line is and I see it come to life every single day as I set out in my pursuit to be even half as great as you – mentally & physically. Happy 70th birthday papa!”
