Across the world, mothers play an incomparable role in the development of their offsprings. The fierce and protective maternal instinct in different species is at least equal to, and in some cases maybe even stronger, than ours. Biologically programmed to preserve their species by protecting and caring for their young, some species go to incredible lengths to do so…. even without incentive to one day earn a World’s Best Mom mug. One such adorable example of it is going viral on social media showing a mama monkey trying to bathe its kid.
The video has gone viral, with many praising the IFS officer Susanta Nanda,hailing from Odisha for sharing the clips while others expressing the similarities of being bathed by their Mothers.
“This is the way mother teaches their kid that no one else can take a bath for you,” reads the caption.
In the video, the mother monkey forces the reluctant baby monkey to take a bath by dipping it in a pool and splashing water over it. The adorable video made many laugh whereas many got nostalgic thinking of their own childhood.
