The state health department is keeping a close eye on Maharashtra and Kerala returnees. The state government is focusing on the training, testing and treatment of people coming from there. In Maharashtra and Kerala, Covid-19 infections have increased and new mutants have emerged.
“The Anganwadi, Asha Didi and Surveillance teams in different districts have been instructed to monitor the return of people from Maharashtra and Kerala ,” said CBK Mohanty, director of DMET. “Not only the state government, but also the central government is taking action,” he added
