Angul : Odisha Vigilance has apprehended Soumya Ranjan Dash Revenue Inspector (RI), Kaniha, Dist- Angul has been apprehende by Odisha Vigilance on 1.10.2021 while demanding and accepting bribe of Rs 2000/- from a Complainant in order to issue clearance letter on a plot belonging to him for sanction of home loan in his favour by SBI.The entire bribe money has been recovered from the accused Sri Dash and seized.
In this connection Cuttack Vigilance PS Case No 14 dated 30.9.2021 has been registered. Simultaneous house searches of Sri Dash have been launched at 2 places in Angul district. Investigation in progress aginst Sri Dash, Amin. Detailed report follows.
