Bhubaneswar : Following allegations that the bakery products have no mention of the manufacturing date, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) & FSSAI (Food Safety & Standards Authority of India) raided at a bakery unit near Shriya Talkies in the capital city of Odisha.
We conducted a surprise visit to a bakery unit near Shriya Talkies and found that they have not mentioned the manufacturing date, we have warned them and will sent them a notice regarding the violation, We have imposed Rs 3000 fine also, FSSAI officer informed.
The raid was still in transit, till this report was being edited.
