Ram Naam Enters Congress Camp, Digvijay Appeals Party Workers to Chant
Bhopal: Former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh and senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh on Thursday appealed to the party workers to take out a padyatra in their respective areas in view of the padyatra being organized by party leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi in Amethi, Uttar Pradesh on December 18 and to sing the Ramdhun during the padyatra.
Mr. Singh tweeted that Mr Rahul Gandhi and Ms Priyanka Gandhi will be undertaking a padyatra in Amethi on December 18 as part of the Congress’s Jan Jagran campaign against rising inflation. He therefore requested all the party workers to help raise the voices of the common people by undertaking similar padyatra’s in their respective areas against inflation.
Mr Singh further said that the workers should also make it a point to spend the night is some of the villages, adding that in the morning that they should do Prabhat Pheri along with Ramdhun and instead of giving ‘speeches’ to the public, they should undertake mass dialogue with them. He also urged everyone to wear Gandhi cap and maintain discipline at all cost..
