New Delhi, Jul 7 : Ashwini Vaishnav is the new minister for railways and IT & Communications. Former bureaucrat Ashwini Vaishnav, a new inductee in the Union Council of Ministers, has become the Union railway minister. This portfolio was previously held by Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal. Additionally, Vaishnav will also have the portfolio of IT and communications, previously held by Ravi Shankar Pradhan.
