Guna : A first information report has been registered against Urdu poet Munawwar Rana in this district headquarters on the basis of a complaint by the Valmiki community, law-enforcement authorities said on Tuesday.
This is the second FIR of similar nature against Rana, the first one was filed in the Uttar Pradesh capital.
In a memorandum, the Valmikis had warned that if action was not initiated in the matter, then they would cease work as sweepers and entire Madhya Pradesh’s cleanliness system would be jeopardized.
