Mumbai, Dec 3: The Rupee on Friday improved by two paise at 74.97 in the opening trade on selling of US Dollar by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Forex Market said.
The domestic unit rose marginally due to a weak dollar against other world currencies amid strong opening in the stock market.
The Rupee registered the days high and low at 74.92 and 74.95 respectively, dealers added.
