Controversy erupts over Zomato’s Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif ad

An advertisement of food delivery app Zomato is in the headlines these days. In which Bollywood actors Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif have been filmed. Now Zomato has responded to the negative reaction to the controversy surrounding its new ad. The food delivery company issued a statement addressing some of the issues. Let us tell you that as much as Hrithik and Katrina are being appreciated in this advertisement, they are also facing criticism.

Regarding advertising, industry people believe that in an era when delivery boys are working for very less money, in that era, Zomate is pouring money like water on expensive superstars to make their image shine.

Regarding this controversy, Zomato has now issued a statement saying that every story has two sides and they would like to present their side. Zomato said, that our delivery executives do not have even a minute between one order to another and they work between rain and sun. Every customer is a star for us, and no less than Hrithik or Katrina. The purpose of these advertisements was to raise the standard of dignity of the profession of the delivery partner.

Zomato said, ‘We understand that you expect more and better from us. We made this ad with a good intention, but some people seem to have misunderstood it. At present, we are in talks with our delivery partners to resolve all issues.
