New Delhi, Feb 10: Former Chief Secretary of Odisha Bijay Patnaik on Friday joined the Congress.
Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge welcomed him to the party at its headquarters here.
On the occasion, senior Congress leader and MP KC Venugopal was also present.
Assembly elections in Odisha will be held in 2024.
