In a tragic incident, A Class X student was grievously injured after falling from the newly-built Laxmi Talkies flyover in Odisha’s Sambalpur on Friday.
Sources said Clifad fell from the flyover and was grievously hurt. Onlookers rushed him to the district headquarters hospital but as his condition deteriorated, he was shifted to VIMSAR Burla.
The victim, identified as Clifford Kujur, is a student of St Johns School in Sambalpur.
However, the minor succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment at the hospital.
Meanwhile, Sambalpur Sadar Police is said to have started an investigation into the mater. They are finding out whether he himself fell or he has pushed by someone else.
Sources said that Kujur body will be handed over to his family members after completing the postmortem.
