The man was attempting to push the construction trolley up the slope ahead, which was filled with mud or a fertiliser mixture.

However, people watching this incident were laughing, but the anxiety and unhappiness on the face of the man pushing the cart were visible in the footage. He was dissatisfied because his hard work had gone to waste.
