Kolkata, Jan 24 : Former India-International striker Surojit Sengupta has been admitted to a city hospital after his oxygen level dropped rapidly following Covid 19 positive, family sources said on Monday. He was on oxygen support and was doing fine, they said. The former winger, who played both for Mohun Bagan and East Bengal, has been diagnosed with pandemic. He was admitted to a multi-speciality hospital on EM Bypass on Sunday night after the oxygen level dropped in rapidly.
