FIR Lodged Against Mukhtar’s Son

Mau (UP), March 4: An FIR has been lodged against Abbas Ansari, Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (SBSP) candidate and son of jailed MLA Mukhtar Ansari, for violation of the model code of conduct. Superintendent of Police (SP) Sushil Chandrabhan Dhule said on Friday that an FIR has been lodged against SBSP candidate Abbas Ansari in connection with his viral video for violation of the model code of conduct and other sections of the IPC.

“A report has also been sent to the returning officer of the Mau Sadar seat,” he said. Noyably, a video of Ansari has gone viral on the social media in which he is seen threatening the government officials off serious consequences when Samajwadi Party (SP) comes to power in Uttar Pradesh.
