The Supreme Court Said The Husband Was At Border And You With Other Man In Hotel !!! 

New Delhi, Feb 26: The Supreme Court on Friday refused to hear a woman’s plea. She had sought cancellation of bail of the accused.

The court said it appeared to be a matter of mutual consent. In which she went to hotels with the accused. She spent money sent by her husband, who was stationed at the Central Security Force border.

A bench of Justice DY Chandra Choudh and Justice Surya Kant refused to intervene in the decision of the Rajasthan High Court to grant bail to the accused.

Peetha said the woman left her children alone at home and went to the hotel with the accused. The woman also rented a separate room nearby to live with him. Thus you were spending money of husband working in ITBP. Deployed on the border, he did not even know what his wife is doing at home.

Justice DY Chandrachore said, “It seems that this was a matter of consensus. In this case, we will not interfere in the order of the High Court. Advocate Aditya Jain, appearing for the woman, argued that the accused had harassed her. He raped the victim several times. The accused also blackmailed the woman for money. He also referred to the bank transaction to prove it. He said the High Court did not consider the arguments. The accused was granted bail only on the ground that a charge sheet has been filed in the case. According to the woman’s request for revocation of bail, a case was registered against the accused under section 376 of the IPC and the provisions of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act, 1989.
