Mar 29: Meritorious students of 12th standards Odisha should grab the opportunity without fail. The state Government has decided to provide free laptops to the aforesaid students under the Biju Yuva Sashaktikaran Yojana 2022.
Through the implement of the Biju Yuva Sashaktikaran Yojana 2022 15 thousand students of 12th standard will be benefitted and will be able to come close to the technology phase of India. These laptops will help the students to study online and be tecno-friendly for different national level online competitive exams.
- The laptops will be distributed among the most meritorious students of the schools.
- The scheme will help in the technological advancement of the younger generation of Odisha.
- It is said that more than 15000 students will get the laptop through the scheme.
- The scheme will help the students to overcome any difficulty in their studies.
- The scheme will also push different types of online teaching methods available in your country.
- There are more than 30 nodal centers to distribute the laptops among the beneficiaries.

The laptops will be distributed in the following manner to the students belonging to different streams:-

Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must abide by the following eligibility criteria while applying for the scheme:-
- Only the students of Odisha state can apply for the laptop scheme.
- The students must be studying in class 12th of any Odisha Government School.
- Only those students will be selected who managed to score 70% or more in the final examination.
- Applicant student must fall within the age bracket of 18 years and 25 years.
- All students who applied for the final CHSE examination will be taken into consideration.
- Apart from this, Shree Jagannath Sanskrit University has also been included in this scheme.
- Only those candidates who receive the Upashastri degree will be considered under this project.
