Puducherry, Dec 19: A snake entered the legislative assembly premises here on Sunday.
The watch and ward staff who saw the snake slithering away in the assembly premises, chased it and later it hidden somewhere.
Forest department personnel were summoned and they finally rescued the 4.5 ft long snake in the dining section.
